Q: What kind of packages do you offer?

I offer a Signature Logo Design Package and a couple a la carte options. If I don’t have a package that fits your needs to a T, don’t panic! We can work together to create a custom package that checks all your boxes.

Q: Do I own my designs?

As a part of my contract, all design ownership is signed over to you upon the completion of your project. I’ll still retain rights as the creator to display your pieces digitally and in print, but you’ll be able to start showing off your brand immediately. All files will be delivered to you as .jpeg, .png, or .pdf files.

Q: I’m just starting out and don’t have a lot of information to give you, is that ok?

Abso-freakin-lutely. I’ve been in that “wandering around blind” stage and I learned a thing or two. I’ve got worksheets and tools to help you pin down exactly what your business goals are, who your ideal clients are, and how you can serve them.

Q: Can I have the creative files?

In most cases, no, creative files are not included in my design packages. To keep the integrity of your logo, I make it a point to retain all creative files. That doesn’t mean that you can’t change your logo ever. It just means that any updates you’d like made will be made by the original designer - me ;)!

Q: How do I book?

Yes, let’s do this! Depending on your payment plan, I require at least 25% retainer and a signed contract to get started. Your final balance is due on delivery of your final files.


Q: What does the design process look like?

I do my best to make the process as stress free as possible for you. First we’ll chat (over a phone call, facetime, or in person) and get to the nitty gritty of your brand needs. From there, I’ll mock up some ideas and collect some brand inspiration for you to check out. Once we’re confident in the direction your brand needs to go, I’ll develop those sketches and ideas into full fledged designs. Finally, after some tweaking and perfecting, I’ll deliver your final files.

Q: How long does the whole process take?

It takes two to tango! When we’re in sync, I generally give two weeks in between product stages. So if our responses are timely and we don’t have any crazy interruptions, you can expect your project in about 6 weeks.

Q: Will you copy this really awesome design I saw on Pinterest?

I love Pinterest as much as the next girl (food videos. All. The. Time.) and it’s a great place to find inspiration (we’ll create your mood board there), but I won’t copy another designer’s work. Your brand is unique and deserves to stand out - which is pretty hard to do if you’re using another brand’s ideas.

Q: Do you offer a discount?

This is not a premade logo shop, every design I make is original and custom. In order to support my growing business and family, I cannot offer discounts for the time and expertise I spend with my clients. However, I know cashflow can be tight so I’m willing to be flexible with payment schedules. Just let me know where you’re at and I’ll do my best to accommodate!
